I want to do a home remodel that will involve more than just carpentry! Can you still help me?

Yes, absolutely! We work alongside other trades & companies who can complete other facets of your remodel. Schultz Carpentry is a licensed Dwelling Contractor in the state of Wisconsin and can oversee your project.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we do! To get an estimate, please contact us to discuss your project. After we talk with you and see photos of your space/project (or in some cases, come to your home to see in person), we will be able to give you a cost estimate. 

If I decide to work with you for my project, will I be signing a contract?

Yes, we have a construction contract that we use for our projects. This will document the scope of work (what we'll be completing for you) and the cost & payment due date(s). This helps all of us be on the same page, and covers both our business, and you, the homeowner. 

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes we are. We are a licensed Dwelling Contractor in the state of Wisconsin and we carry insurance. Don't hesitate to ask if you need more details.

What about permits?

As part of our contract with you, we will take out the permits that are applicable to your project, pay permit fees, and schedule inspections.
